2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use our Services.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

HiveHCleaning delivers fully-managed lead generation and appointment booking systems for commercial and normal cleaning businesses, including but not limited to:

Cold email system setup and management
Lead sourcing, qualification, and enrichment
Appointment booking with property and facility managers
Campaign performance reporting
SMS alerts for walkthrough opportunities and campaign updates

Note:

We do not close deals on your behalf; our responsibility ends at delivering qualified walkthroughs and if you do want our team to close on your behalf, additional costs may incur.

4. CLIENT ACCOUNTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

Provide accurate information and materials

Maintain security of any access credentials we share

Approve campaigns in a timely manner

Ensure your business complies with relevant laws in your area

5. USE OF SERVICES

Use our Services solely for lawful business purposes.
Prohibited use includes (but isn’t limited to): illegal activities, sending spam, misrepresentation, or attempting to breach our systems.

6. SMS MESSAGING PROGRAM

Program Purpose:

When you opt in, you’ll receive real-time SMS updates regarding:

7. FEES AND PAYMENT

Custom performance-based arrangements

Late payments are not penalized with interest, but may delay campaign launch.

8. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the agreement as stated in the signed service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees remain due.

9. DISCLAIMERS

We do not guarantee client acquisition or revenue. Our responsibility is limited to delivering agreed campaign volume and walkthroughs within a realistic timeframe. Services are provided “as is.”

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services under dispute. We’re not liable for indirect damages (e.g. lost profits).

11. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify HiveHCleaning against claims from your misuse of Services or violations of law. We agree to indemnify you against claims arising from our breach or unlawful conduct.

12. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to protect each other’s confidential information and use it only in the scope of service delivery.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be handled through arbitration in Vancouver, BC.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms with 30 days’ notice. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance.
